1. Orders and Customization Specifics
All customized products (such as personalized keychains, keytags, and nameplates) are manufactured directly based on your input:
- Please carefully verify all spellings, uppercase/lowercase preferences, and color combinations before placing your order. Once manufacturing begins, alterations cannot be processed.
- To ensure premium structural integrity and look, we automatically format custom text fields into CAPITAL letters unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
2. Payments & Order Verification
We require secure advance payments to confirm and initiate the 3D printing process:
- Payments are processed securely using our QR code scanner or our official merchant UPI ID (zeroprint@ybl).
- Please verify that the name of the beneficiary is displayed as CHANDAN PRASAD SAHOO before confirming the transfer.
- It is mandatory to share the screenshot of the successful transaction on our official WhatsApp number to confirm your order.
3. Cancellation & Replacement Policies
Because customized prints are custom-made exclusively for you, the following policies apply:
- Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once printing has commenced.
- If a product arrives damaged due to transit, please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on our WhatsApp. We will issue a free replacement.
